We are trying to blog some of our art work. So let's see if this works.

Room8's fun week.

On the 18th of June room8 are going on a trip to the Aigantighe art gallery. When we get there we have to split up into groups to look at the pictures. We will have fun at the art gallery.

This week was fun because we went to Harold. It was fun because Harold gave us a kiss and we got a book and a Harold sticker. WE were on a mission to find Harold. On the way we learnt about the different types of blood. Some has oxygen coming in and some has carbon dioxide going out of our bodies.We learnt about our brain and lungs too.

Tomorrow we hope we get to use the new hall.

Room8s fun week.

Fun week

Tomorrow Harold is coming to school so watch out for him at school!

Every class is excited about the new hall being built. We can use it next week on Thursday maybe?

Soon room 8,6 and room 11 are going to do jump jam in the new Hall.

John Key will be coming to the grand opening of the Hall.

We have been working on Colin McCahon's art.So far we have used pastels to make these cool montain designs.We had to smudge the pastels all around. Although it took a while to do it properly, it was really fun and easy.

We're back at school again after the long weekend.
The hall is almost finished. When the hall is open we hope John Key will be there.
We are so excited to see him.
On Tuesday the 2nd of June we were meant to be having our cross country but the scenic was too wet and soggy so we couldn't do it. It has been moved to later in the year.
On Thursday the 4th yr 1,2,3 and 4's will have a movie day it is a mystery what it is.
